Toilet wasn't completely clean, left too early for breakfast

A clean quiet hotel if a little dated. The price was a bit steep for the place and no pool. However it was convenient for what we wanted and close to all amenities. Free continental breakfast was good plus a buisiness room with free internet service and wi fi in the rooms.

This is a "passing through" hotel on highway 17 and as such is busy, but its lack of a pool and a restraunt will deter families.

Breakfast was a highlight with great options like mini omelets and oatmeal. I loved the large terrace. There was even a pet-friendly atmosphere. The staff kept everything tidy and the coffee was delicious ☕

On arrival we were told our booking couldn't be found. I called booking .com and was asked to hand phone to reception. The receptionist would not talk on phone to confirm with you ( Booked.net). She said that she hadn't received a fax from booking .com that there was nothing she could do. She refused the phone when one of your operators was asking for phone to be given to her. Another fax was sent to hotel . Reception than demanded to know if we were gonna pay cash or use card. This is at checkin,she then said if it was cash she would need it before she would give us our room.So we paid cash before we saw room..?? Payment is usually done upon checkout.??? On checkout manager told us she got the email that you sent while she was home so reception didn't get it???? She also told us not to book through 3 rd party online sites. And after this don't think we will. Checking took over 1 hour. This is after being on road for 6 hours!! Not impressed.

I had astonishing breakfasts with banana and orange, for example.

The comfort inn provided a good stay with friendly staff. The breakfast options included a bagged muffin, fruit cup, and juice, perfect for a quick bite. Grandma judy at the breakfast area brought joy to our morning. The exercise room was another great feature that we enjoyed.

Regular coffee needed in the room,not just decaf

The check-in process was quick and efficient.

The tight parking situation was concerning, especially for larger vehicles like mine. Some areas of the hotel seemed to require better maintenance and the potential issues took away from the overall comfort of my stay.

Spacious and updated unit for the pet.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a lovely walk-in shower! The breakfast was good, with mini omelettes and sausages.

Some areas could benefit from better maintenance.

Beds were not comfortable. Room was not clean it had a odour to it. Could have got a better price if I did not use Booked.net they cannot make any changes to price.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were great, especially the breakfast staff person, "Grandma Judy". First floor room - convienent for pets.
